Steve Branly is a digital and media consultant with Palafox Productions, bringing more than a decade of experience at the intersection of digital marketing, website development, video production, audio production, and broadcast media. He specializes in building modern media and marketing systems that connect strong creative with measurable performance—helping organizations grow audiences, revenue, and influence across digital platforms.
Steve began his career in radio sales and production on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, just across the Chesapeake Bay from Baltimore, where he developed a foundation in audience targeting, messaging, and high-impact audio creative. He later partnered with Greg Bojko, CEO of Adstrategies, a national event agency known for producing marquee events such as the Motor Trend New York Auto Show and the Miami International Boat Show, the largest in-water boat show in the world. During this period, Bojko acquired a defunct 6,000-watt radio station in Chincoteague Island with the goal of building a competitive regional media brand.
By integrating broadcast, digital marketing, data-driven targeting, websites, and multimedia creative, Steve helped transform the single station into a four-format cluster simulcast across six frequencies, expanding coverage from Virginia Beach to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, with clients reaching from Virginia Beach to Atlantic City, New Jersey. Prior to his departure, the operation was generating $2 million annually, with Steve leading a team of seven consultative sales professionals while overseeing creative strategy and production.
In 2019, Steve returned to Melbourne, Florida to help grow another radio cluster and built a full in-house digital and media production operation, including web development, SEO, programmatic advertising, social media, video production, and streaming audio. During the height of COVID, he trained and led sales teams across three markets—from Tallahassee to Port St. Lucie—scaling the digital division to over $1 million in annual revenue in just over a year and helping stabilize the organization when traditional revenue streams collapsed. All strategy, creative, and fulfillment were managed in-house under his leadership.
That success led to the company’s acquisition by a larger media group with assets from Orlando to Dallas, which had struggled to launch an effective digital offering. After assisting with the transition, Steve launched a boutique digital and media consultancy, continuing to support clients across media, automotive, hospitality, heavy equipment, and aerospace.
Today, with Palafox Productions, Steve works with a select group of clients, including a consortium of Aerospace & Defense suppliers generating more than $30 million annually, delivering results through high-impact video, conversion-focused websites, and integrated digital campaigns across programmatic, search, social, and streaming audio.
